Very poor customer service. I wanted delivery as early in the day as possible. Was told the truck leaves for deliveries by 11:30 and, since the delivery address was a business, the delivery would be among the first. I said I would want it there for midday— lunch. Again, no problems since it was a business address for delivery. The delivery arrived at 3:10, hours later than discussed. I called. “Sorry, we can’t promise delivery times.” Please... just be straightforward and upfront with the customer from the start. Then the customer can make an informed choice. I have ordered Edible Arrangements in other markets and had similar ‘confusion’ with the franchisee. No more business from me.

Received this as a surprise for my birthday yesterday! Balloons, cookies and chocolate dipped fruit! I enjoyed this so much, it's going to be put at the top of my list for giving from now on...

A bit worried that the arrangement wouldn't arrive on time (based on some recent reviews), but it thankfully did! Gave only a 4/5 because the arrangement upon opening looks a bit sloppy & could have been arranged a little more nicely. Overall, a good experience & would order again!

I placed an order yesterday morning, for delivery today. My order is not delivered. I can’t get anything off the website or the 1-800 number. The store is not answering the phone during business hours. You can’t leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. Pathetic customer service.

I placed an order for a friend’s 40th Birthday to surprise her on her day (Saturday). I called to update the order a few days ahead to ask for delivery after 3pm when should be home. The order was never delivered. I contacted the store at 5pm that day and left a voicemail. No call back. I called back Monday afternoon, spoke to someone who couldn’t explain why the delivery didn’t happen. I asked for a manager to call me ASAP. The person then told me the manager isn’t great with call backs so if I don’t hear from him in a few days for me to call back. Fast forward a few days, I call, another note left for the manager to call me. I have heard nothing from the manager to date. The customer should not have to be the one to track down the manager, especially to discuss an order that was never delivered. Very poor customer service!

Recently received a few boxes of strawberry dipped chocolates on two separate occasions and let me just say they were both delicious! Customer service when the boxes were dropped off was great, friendly and cautious of the current situation. Thank you so much! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I orderd a week in advance for a delivery on Monday and they called me 2 days before telling me they didn't have enough delivery drivers to work the Monday so I had to reschedule for the next day only to be told it won't be shipped till later in the day when I requested for the morning and on top of that when It was finally delivered they just left it at the door not happy about my experience
