REPLY TO COMPANY RESPONSE BELOW: You don't have my name in your 'system' because this isn't the name I gave you. Just because it doesn't say "Amanda Hines" in your files doesn't mean we didn't deal with you. So, no, I'm not getting you confused with another organization. Arranged to have someone out to our property to review a job. Was late. Called to check on status, sounded like I was waking someone up from a deep slumber -- very confused. Guy came out, gave us a quote, took some photos, said he'd get back to us in a few days. Never did. I called twice, left polite messages, sent emails, no further word. I guess they felt the job wasn't worth their time. But instead of telling us, they just decide to ghost, and not return calls or messages. What's the point? Don't waste your time.
