First time fishing with the mistress charter and the skipper Rich on Friday, booked at last minute.com.... Long time that I had fished, brother-in-law was a course Fisher & our friend John had never sea fished. Rich was very knowledgeable and very helpful for the 10 hour trip. I would recommend any person (s) wanting to give it a go to check out the useful tips and agenda for the day ahead on the website. Will definitely be booking again. Superb day.

A great boat with a great skipper. You can easily book a few trips and go from novice to competent in no time at all with Rich. He is patient and helpful with beginners and applies the same level of attention to all anglers. The hire tackle is superb (top spec Daiwa gear) and whether its wrecking or uptiding he puts you on the fish. I have caught all my personal bests on this boat and can't wait for 2018 to get properly underway. I can honestly say that if you want an introduction to Whitby boat fishing with an adaptable and highly knowledgeable skipper then this is the boat for you.

a pleasure to drive through the early hours to get to Whitby, as you know you'll have a cracking day.what other pleasure can you get for 5 per hour? I was quite inexperienced when I started, but I've had a few memorable days in the festivals due to good skippering.many thanks rich cope
