Worst experience!! First I have been going to this spa for several years, followed them to three different locations always loved their services however the experience I had yesterday was like no other. It started out with being notified two of the women I used to see quit and a new girl with 14 years of experience would be their replacement. I went in for a eye brow waxing and Brazilian. When I first walked into the room I was asked what kind of underwear I was wearing... I awkwardly answered, but never thought too much about it. We started with my eyes brows which she did not trim or shape and she didn't feel the need to show me what they looked like (not that big of a deal) but it's about customer service. I ended up at another spa later in the afternoon to get them fixed. After the brow waxing was the Brazilian now I've been getting these for 9-10 years. She never left the room for me to change (first time I've experience that) so I just dropped everything, it turned out she does Brazilians with your underwear on (never had that before) hence the initial question.. talk about embarrassing. I don't see how you can properly get a Brazilian done wearing underwear!!! I don't think this girl had much experience. This place is going down hill, it's sad to see.
I spent several hundred dollars on laser facial and derma pen treatments. I purchased packages and paid up front only to find that after spending that money that the owner Pam Olley could not be reached and had vacated the premises with out paying the rent. No phone calls were ever returned.
Extremely disappointed with Pamela’s disorganization and lack of commitment. I paid for 6 sessions and only received 4. Pamela cancels my appointments and doesn’t respond when I inquire about rebooking my appointment. Now I am out hundreds of dollars and will need to pay another spa to finish the treatments she was obligated to perform. I was a bit hesitant to pay for my 6 treatments upfront and I should have listened to my gut.
Great service, staff, and treatments everytime that I go.
