I am not one to write reviews normally, however I really wanted to do so now, as I am just so pleased with my experience with Whitby Shores. When I first met Andrew, I was impressed by his knowledge of the subject matter and the confidence with which he spoke. He listened to what my vision was for my project, and made helpful suggestions. When I was still deciding between companies, Andrew always promptly answered all of my random extra questions, and even gave me a call to follow up. Victoria, the office manager, was also lovely and was always available to answer my questions. It can be daunting to choose between providers for such a large job, but I can say with absolute confidence that we made the right decision in hiring Whitby Shores. Once the work started, I was so impressed by the employees who were working at my site - they were courteous, friendly and always respectful of my property. All the work performed was done thoroughly, as well as efficiently. Without having to ask, Andrew even went out of his way to source upgraded product for us at no extra cost, so that our project would look extra special. I am beyond pleased with the finished product and have already enjoyed sharing it with my friends and family. I would absolutely recommend Whitby Shores for any landscaping project!

After extensive exterior renos to our house, landscaping was the last piece of work that needed to be completed - we needed a new driveway, walkway entrance, gardens and a stone overlay on our wraparound concrete porch. Andrew and his whole team were amazing! They transformed our front yard from a horrible construction site to the most amazing addition to complete our reno. The team worked hard for two straight weeks to complete the entire project. They were full service end to end - from design, mock-ups, advice on stone/material/colour, coordination with asphalt paving company (Central Park), in-person mtg at the suppliers to select all the material, completion of the work and even provided us a planting design for our new gardens. To me, the mark of a great contractor is not how they handle situations when everything is going perfectly - but how they react when things don't go to plan. COVID threw a wrench into material availability which delayed completion date however Andrew was open with communication and timelines. The completed work speak for themselves :) Huge recommendation to Andrew and his team !
