Had Taunton Trades replace our furnace and air conditioner recently. I am extremely happy with their service. They made some amazing recommendations for rerouting ducting to service the far reaches of our home. The equipment Dave recommended made the most of the makeup of our older home. They worked on schedule, were extremely clean, courteous and respectful while in my home. Their installation was done in a very tidy manner and I am very happy with the end results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who would has HVAC needs. Thank you to Sean, Ben and Dave for all your work.

RUN FROM this Company unless you want a lawsuit !!! I rarely write reviews. However, anyone looking to use this company must know their level of service. This company use to provide excellent service with professional licensed HVAC staff. That has changed; this winter, we hired them to repair the humidifier they installed three years ago. The technician had no clue, and after many visits and countless new parts and after a 2800 bill, he managed to fix it. When we asked them to correct the statement for sending an unqualified technician, they put a lien against the house and filed a lawsuit.

Was on time, did a great job, kept me apprised of the situation and really cared about the repairs and situation. Sean is a model business owner...cares about his customers and his business... My furnace went out on the weekend and they were not able to come until Monday morning BUT in the meantime I was offered suggestions for keeping warm and they checked in on me. As well, they came on time - super friendly technician - and solved my problem! I love this company
