Truck was clean service quick stuff friendly. However they charged me 100 km more then I have been used. So I was needed to come back and spend some time to get this matter get resolved. I gave only one star since strongly believe the billing must be more accurate.

What a refreshing experience. The customer service here was incredible. On the busiest day of the year (the weekend before all college students go back to school), the woman in the office was unbelievably helpful. She took her time to explain all details and showed that she cared to help. The office is hard to find, but now I know where it is I will go here every time now!
The worse customer service i've ever received. Employee was very unprofessional, and the communication was poor. I had booked a truck for a specific day, and she mixed up the reservation. Instead of acknowledging her error, she continued to argue that she was right. She would've remembered the day i said if she wasn't rushing me to leave so she could return to her food.

Very friendly and reliable people. The truck I rented was a good price and I good condition. I would definitely recommend renting a truck from this location. Ultramar gas station conviently located right beside the U-HAUL parking lot for easy top up of fuel after you done with their truck and returning it filled up.
