Lovely staff . The store manager isn’t just a sales guy trying to sell you on the pricey-est product, honest and gives you the best deal and bang for your buck. Just an overall nice and not pushy guy. So key when electronic shopping can be overwhelming. So happy we shopped here! Lovely staff , highly recommend

Visions Electronics is the biggest scam out there. They will rob you and take your hard earned money. Stay away from these losers. I bought a 70” Samsung TV. When I received it TV screen was completely broken. So, I went to this store and spoke with the GM Rico. Instead of helping me he and his associates were trying to make more money of this situation so I left and called the online store 50 times and emailed them 20 times but they never replied back. Finally, three weeks later I called the online store again and Diane answered and promised to resolve the issue. Now, 37 days Visions has done absolutely nothing. Two days back Rico’s assistant manager called me to take down my review because it was hurting their business so I removed my negative review. Again he promised to resolve my issue but did nothing again. These people should be locked up in Jail to be honest.

Great experience today at Visions Whitby. This was our first time purchasing from Visions. Their prices are extremely competitive and less than other big box alternatives. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and tidy. Another bonus was learning that the extended warranty purchased on our product would become an in store credit if not used. We will be back.

Came in looking to replace my AVR. Spoke with sales manger, who after listening to my issue, suggested a factory reset and that worked and it saved me 1000! Who does that?! Even better is how they can work a warranty into the price without paying an arm and a leg for it. Having a sales background, I can assure you they are there to help first and sell second. As a sincere thank you for an honest sales pitch, I decided to say thanks by purchasing a upgrade for my 4k blue ray player and bought the warranty which would be the cheapest by far and it's for five years. If I don't need that warranty, you can at the end get a store credit towards your next purchase!! Can't recommend enough!!
