Incredible! I've literally never seen a big, rectangular room as monumental as this puppy! Sure - you've no doubt seen some very memorable stacks of plastic chairs and you may even have been served a warm can of lager through other, more impressive hatches in very similar spaces in literally EVERY town in the UK. But, seriously - hold the number one spot on your list of 'Top Ten Parish Hall's' until you've witnessed the sheer magnificence of Whitchurch Parish Hall! Hey look guys - for all I know, you're one of those ignorant types that casually dismisses parish hall's in the mistaken belief that they're all pretty much identical? In which case, you simply won't 'get it'. Too bad my friend - that's YOUR loss. But, if you're 'woke' to the rich splendour of community-based public spaces for hire? I promise you will NOT be disappointed! And, yes (elephant in the room!) I obviously realise that the Sutton Scotney Parish Hall is generally considered the benchmark. That's undeniable. Everyone knows it's an absolute BELTER! So, while it no doubt seems sacrosanct to nudge that 'hallowed mecca' into second place? Trust me! WPH will quite literally BLOW YOUR SOCKS OFF!
