They did a great job. Vehicle drives like new. Had some suspension, brake, engine gasket, drive axe parts replaced. They did a great job. It drives like the first day I brought her home. Great job White Bear Acura! You have my 100% trust. I have been to numerous shops, with numerous vehicles, and in fact, even this same vehicle. The work completed, was done correct the first time. They even went above and beyond and adjusted/fixed a couple of other things I did not ask for, but I noticed after my own examine of the work. The cost was on the high scope of things, but you pay for what you get. Don't shy out on price for the great value and experts of your vehicle brand.

I spoke with Mark, Samuelson for over an hour throughout today about a Vehicle I was interested in purchasing and he was extremely nice and went above and beyond to answer every question I asked him and went to extreme lengths to help me reserve a vehicle over the phone because I lived over 7 hours away!! He helped discuss financing and payments and couldn't have had a better attitude!!! He was extremely helpful and patient and was not stressful. Even though I Didn't end up Buying from White Bear, I still Was So Impressed with the service and kindness that I felt honor bound to make a detailed Review, I don't know if Mark gets Enough Credit, But He Deserves IT!!! (Literally the only reason why I didn't buy was because my wife didn't like the color) SMH

Purchased a new vehicle from here (pics below). Let me first start off by stating I have purchased a few vehicles from Luther dealerships across MN/Fargo. This was probably my least favorite experience and least favorite Luther dealership. My vehicle I purchased wasn't put through recon so I had to fork out my pocket for oil, air filters , etc. The sales man didn't seem connected to my wants and needs and was just "trying to make a sale". I made it easy for him but he still could of treated me like more than a sale. You want to know how to treat customers, visit the Luther dealership in Fargo. That's how a dealership should be ran. I will say the used cars sales manager was awesome, he saw my concern and took care of me (reimbursed). Salesman didn't even follow up with me after the sale.

Had an incredible experience starting a lease with the staff at Acura White Bear. I am not savvy at trading/selling/buying/leasing cars, but they made it easy. I especially appreciate the help from Pia and Julius who made the process fun and efficient. They were up front from the start. The best part was leaving with a new vehicle that I had dreamt of driving for years. Highly recommend visiting this dealership.

Just bought a used car. I was looking for something very specific so I knew before going I would buy the car. My salesperson was nice, but I was a little surprised that I didn't get more appreciation for just spending a pretty considerable amount of money. Even the finance guy didn't show any gratitude (though he may have been upset I didn't use financing). Signing the papers was an endless wait, but I think that was just due to the Labor Day holiday. When I picked up my car the next day, Brandon was AMAZING. He didn't even sell me the car, and he was so nice. He made sure the car was full of gas, clean, and that I knew how to use all the features. He thanked me for using White Bear Acura and made sure I was all set and comfortable with everything before leaving. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Overall, great car and well-detailed.

Was looking at getting a used Outback. Yvonne showed me all my options, and what it would look like financing wise. She was good at figuring out what exactly I needed in a vehicle and steering me in the right direction. I've never had a sales person be able to show my so many options with out being pushy and trying to put me in something that didn't fit what I needed. It was above and beyond the sale to help me get a few things added after the sale. She made sure I was connected to the right people and checked to make sure I got everything I needed. I've never had a sales person check in after the ink had dried. Overall this is the best car buying experience I have ever had and will be the benchmark for all interactions with dealers moving forward. The service department got me in quickly and squared away with a hitch and cargo cover. They kept me appraised through the whole process and let me know what I could expect. Even answered some questions about the process. Again, best service department I have ever dealt with at a dealership and is my new benchmark.
