If I could give less I would.... make sure you know who is touching your hair here.... DO NOT be a walk in!! I had the worst experience ever. Dirty sink, rough hair treatment, and the cut looks like a 5 year old got a hold of scissors while I was sleeping. I waited to see if I was overreacting. Then contacted the owner and waited just as she asked, guess what? Never heard back. Lesson learned....if it was a bad day fine....take responsibility!! The worst style of my life, and right before I'm delivering talks at work so disappointed!
