Our family has been patients at Crossroads Medical for years and have always received quality care. Yesterday my son and myself were being seen in the walk in clinic. We had an insurance problem arise that we were not aware of. I wanted to say how wonderful Chris was in helping us. She was determined to help us get things worked out before we left. She knew exactly what we needed to do and was so patient with us and the insurance company. Everything was sorted out before we left the office and we were able to receive the care we needed.

The whole Walk-In Clinic team is great and provide prompt service. I've recently visited them twice in the last month, and they've done a great job. Lynn Medley also went over and above to help my son with a nasty gash on this leg; waiting for him to arrive and treating him after closing hours. Thank you Lynn!

I have been privileged to get to know many of the staff members and they are very down to earth and caring. Lynn Medley is my current provider and she is a wonderful and caring Nurse Practitioner that takes the time to listen to your health issues and will in turn provide sound treatment and advice. She is an asset to Crossroads and I consider her a friend as well. She treats every member of my family and we all love her to death.

My nurse practitioner, Carol Lynne Medley, is by far the best practitioner I've ever encountered. She is thorough and never in a hurry. She listens intently to what you are saying and works diligently to provide top-notch care, always going above and beyond! I highly recommend her for your healthcare needs! The group is amazing as well! The staff are caring and friendly and always work to get you in most of the time same day and, if not, as quickly as possible! Calls are returned promptly and needs are met.
