Since this was a return visit, I liked that I could validate my information and sign consents electronically and wait in the car to be called since I didn't feel well. Staff made me aware of wait time when I checked in. The staff were very nice and caring.

No one else had openings and I felt like junk! I’m so glad fast pace was able to reserve an appointment and get me in and out with what I needed. Quick and efficient!
They did fine. Nothing spectacular, but nothing terrible. The lady at the front desk was very nice though. The nurse that checked me in was pretty sweet as well. This place is just fine for your normal needs.
I went in with a ear infection I was in and out super friendly and fast thank you for being wonderful
Made an online appointment for 8:30am and filled out my registration. Everything was smooth and I selected Walgreens of White House Tennessee for any prescriptions. The lady at the front desk was very nice. However, after that it went downhill. I was never asked what my chief complaint was online or at the front desk. The nurse tech that had seen me for triage, was not familiar with any medication names, and was going through the motions to get me out of the office. Lastly the physician's assistant that saw me for a persistent dry cough, that's lasted for over a week, spent approximately 4 minutes examining my throat and my ears. Prescribes me three different medications, doesn't tell me an actual diagnosis, gives no treatment plan and says if I am still having a dry cough after 48 hours of medication to go get a chest x-ray. Out the door by 8:55am and then sends my prescription to Walmart instead of Walgreens. I would rate higher but seeing as the care was rushed, I was given no treatment plan or diagnosis, and my meds being sent to the wrong pharmacy even after telling the PA Walgreens I feel like 2 out of 5 because at least triage was done correctly. Update: I called at 10:45 a.m. to ensure my prescription was sent to the correct location, because Walgreens was never sent any information. They confirmed that they sent it to Walmart and I said it should have been sent it to Walgreens. They confirmed that they would switch it over and send my prescription to Walgreens it is now 12:35 p.m. and they have not received my prescription yet.
Did not check my temperature or test me for strep. When I was asking for them to due to a sore throat when I thought it may be strep or a bad sinus infection. Only insisted on checking me for Covid which I knew I didn’t have but let them to test me to be safe, of course. Sent my antibiotic to 2 different pharmacies before even getting the right one so went most of the day without getting my treatment. Everyone was friendly but I left feeling as if it was unprofessional.
I went in feeling absolutely horrible. Their professional staff made me feel so comfortable with their interest of my well-being. When I left I knew I had been taking care of the best for my condition. Thank you so much. God bless!
Was charged 450 to be told "I need to stress less", no help whatsoever. Save your time and money, the Little Clinic actually helped me and the bill was less than 1/4 of that amount
