The owner was friendly at first to get my boat to his shop, then charges 120 to review my boat (fine) but then when I didn’t trust his opinion originally told me I had 5 days to pickup my boat, his assistant calls me 3 days later and says that if I don’t get my boat I’ll be charged storage. In the background I hear the owner saying (rules are rules we need the space free). Which for one, there’s not a single boat or ski there, and for two giving me 4 hours notice to get my boat after I wanted to save money (my estimate was 7000) before having them do my repairs, seems extremely unprofessional. Not to mention his repair estimate was different than 2 other industry professionals.

I wound up getting a decent used outboard at a fair price from a knowledgeable sales person but I definitely understand why the negative reviews. There was a nonrefundable charge just to have the motor set up in the tank to see it run. This was very portante since everything used is as is no warranty. I would go back but if you're looking for a shop that caters more to the customer this might not be the shop for you.

geez!!! i called to ask about the 1996 seadoo GTI!! according to nada value 1500 but they want to sell that for 3800!! JOKE!!! I just sell my 2011 jetski for 4500nada value. That GTI is over 20 yrs old WITH ORIGINAL engine!!! I offered 2000 over the phone without seeing it! He says 2000 isnt enuff.

Fixed my jet ski in no time. The new iBR system went bad and Greg fixed the problem in no time. Definitely will be back and not to brag to much but he even gives his customer raven tickets to home games! Him knowing I’m a patriots fan, he gave me some passes to go to the ravens and patriots game. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bayside Marine Service. Thanks again!
