I visit Jared every 6 months to comply with the insurance on my jewelry. On this occasion I was met with outstanding customer service. I was shown my rings under a microscope to see it's unique features and see my diamonds ID number that I never knew was there. The associate was amazing with introducing me to features I never thought about using that my insurance covered. I've been going to Jared atleast twice a year for the past 7 years and she's the first associate that ever took the time to do that. I love the added features I now have on my rings that were covered by my insurance. I'm horrible with remembering names but I want to thank her on line as well as I did in person.
Manager pulled the person that was helping me to help someone more important . They put a rep that did not say a word to me to help me. Told me to sign fave me the ring with no bag . They did not engrave ring told me to come back. Bad experience last purchase here .
I visited 2/10/21 to honor my insurance obligation for my rings and like most places, they have the 6ft apart steps on the floor and masks are worn; still have friendly service. Their difference is you have to be buzzed in.

Quality jewelry is expensive everywhere. So it was a big deal buying my engagement ring. I was skeptical about getting service after the sale, but Jared's honestly exceeded my expectations. They always clean and inspect the ring. The staff is attentive and helpful. The ring gets compliments.
