I had excellent experience with the Koons Volvo team, starting from my first contact with Michael my sales rep to Angelo my finance specialist. Michael was very helpful and engaging throughout the entire process. And even though I used the Care by Volvo program (which I recommend), Angelo answered all my questions. My paperwork was easy to go through, and was treated like a VIP. I also recommend if you do decide to purchase at a Volvo dealer, to go to Koons Volvo.

Purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler and I must say, this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had!! Richie (salesman) and Gary (Business Manager) were top notch!! My car was towed to this dealer on a Wednesday and the service adviser promised me that they would Look at it that day. Then I received a text message that they would not have a chance to look at my car until Friday. Friday afternoon I still had not heard from the service department. I called and received a text stating that they wouldn’t have the time to diagnose the issue with my car until Monday. Needless to say, I had my car towed off of their location on Saturday. The dealership presented me with a bill for 140. When I inquired about the charge, they said the service adviser did a walk around inspection of my car therefore the 140 charge. This dealership lost a golden opportunity with me as I was considering buying a new car. And I would have purchased the car at their dealership but I will never deal with this dealership again. Plus, they did not have. A loaner car for me so I have been Paying for a rental out of my pocket.
