I have been a patient at White Park Dental for many years. Dr. Bogacz was my dentist. Recently, Dr. Harvey took over the practice. I find her to be an excellent dentist. She takes the time to explain treatment options, answers questions clearly. She does not pressure you to make a quick decision. I really liked and trusted Dr. Bogacz, but I am confident that Dr. Harvey will continue to provide excellent dental care to me. Alex

As a patient of the White Park Dental office, I want people to realize that I too was pretty skeptical about going in during the COVID virus as I am in my 80's. It was a relief to have a dental cleaning with the knowledge that I was safer than probably many other places I need to go during this time of infection. My thought is that the dental staff is more at risk than we are as we do not wear masks during our procedures and they are exposed to us. I waited in my car until called and was in the waiting room a short time with only one other person. I noticed the waiting room was stripped of magazines and unnecessary items. There was a air filtering machine there and I am told they are in all the laboratories. Carly, my hygienist was decked out in full gown covering, 2 masks and a shield and gloves. I knew I was safe when I saw her and she was very reassuring I will not be so hesitant next time. White Park Dental has our safety well in hand. I recommend them highly

Had been going here for several years. After delay due to COVID went in for a scheduled cleaning. Everyone I had ever dealt with there was a pleasure until this visit. Got into the chair and was refused service because I denied to have a more current x-ray taken. They wouldn’t preform the cleaning. Made me take off the bib and leave. I took time off from work for it, I was not told this would be a requirement when they scheduled the appointment with me. I’m not sure what changed there recently, however it seemed different. Maybe it was the stress of the shutdown? Hate to leave a bad review over one bad interaction, but it was degrading the way I was treated. If you have any personal opinions of what kind of care you prefer, this isn’t the place for you.

Everyone at this practice was friendly and helpful. The receptionists are quick to return voicemails and schedule appointments. The oral hygienists and dentist listened to my concerns and made sure I was taken care of.

I have struggled with dental chair anxiety for years and this practice was recommended to me, although it requires me to travel a bit to Concord, NH it is worth it is spades. They asked me a lot of questions to help me have a better overall experience. The entire visit was relaxed and I had little to no anxiety having a filling done , Dr. Jennings and Francesca did a great job working me through my anxiety. My hygentist Katrina is the Bomb with X-ray and cleaning. I have been to many practices that do not understand anxiety of this type with bad outcomes and felt over this past year that White Park dental will be my dental home as long as I can travel and they are seeing patient, white Park .dental Ladies, you are simply the best️
