The people in the office were so kind and moved their schedule around so I could feel safe, as a young woman travelling alone I can't express how much that means to me. These folks are awesome. Major breakdown on a winter afternoon outside Marathon. Called CAA, they sent Albert and Sons. The Road to Thunder Bay was closed due to an accident, so they towed us to White River and assessed the damage at their shop. They were too busy to do the work so they connected us with Trans Canada Chrysler in Wawa. Once we determined that Trans Canada Chrysler could help us, Albert and Sons towed us to Wawa. All this during a snowstorm. Above and beyond. Thank you!

Had one of our trucks break a fan belt as he got into White River. Went to Albert & Sons. They did not have a belt in stock but co-ordinated with a dealer in Sault Saint Marie who had one. Had another driver passing the Soo so he stopped picked up and they put the belt on the truck after closing time and got my driver on his way. Charged a fair price for the repair and were very helpful!! All I can say was I was very impressed with the service. They also let my driver use their phone to call as there is no cell service in that area! My only complaint is why has no cell towers been put in this area!

Driving across Canada in my westfalia and left my gas cap and keys at the husky in white river. You could imagine how hard it would be to find a new one for a 1988 vw. Once I realized I left my cap I was already 3 to 4 hours away! so I called them and sure enough it was there. Thank you so much to the wonderful people at husky.. they mailed it to me!!! Who does that?!? Well thank you so much for the awesome service!
