Absolutely atrocious! My teen burger had one awful piece of undercooked bacon, the pop was warm and flat. And the worst part was my daughter's baby burger had so much ketchup on it making it so soggy and a huge mess. Not only it had too much ketchup already on one side, they put it on BOTH sides!! Way way too much. She wouldn't eat it the bun just fell apart.

Family of six from the states- on a Trans Canada vacation from BC to ON. Picking this restaurant was a bit random as we had to get off the highway and pick something in a town without many options. Service was polite and friendly here. Order was fulfilled as ordered. Note: A&W in Canada is different than A&W in the US.
Food was consistently great. Staff was great and worked really hard. Especially woman working the front every day by herself! Nice and clean. Best coffee in town!
Last day me and my girlfriend went to the store at about 5:00 pm and ordered 2 cheese and bacon uncle burger combos, I waited for almost 7-8 mins to get my food. The girl who was taking the orders was not even wearing a glove or even she is not sanitizing her hands. Also, the burger l got was just similar to a double teen burger. I just got white onions on my burger. It was really unprofessional. It’s really unethical and was not according to any A&w standards. Really disappointed.
Amazing and friendly customer service with great food. One of the clean washrooms in hwy 17 sault to thunderbay. highly recommended.
I'm not a fan of refried onion ring that are half burned and a covid cook with no mask.
