I had an informative and well organized appointment at BodyComp Imaging in White Rock. My scan was well explained along with a plan to help me achieve my health goals. I appreciated having the data compare me to another woman my height and age. I am using the plan and will go back in a year to see how I am progressing. Great info to make informed health decisions.

I had an awesome first appointment today. Brian was a pleasure to work with. My questions were all thoroughly answered. I am looking forward to seeing my future results down the road! t was motivating to see accurate results of my body composition, and have a base line while I work towards my fitness goals. I want to have as little pain/injury/health issues (or lessening the chance of developing them as I get older) with leading a physically active lifestyle and well-rounded nutrition. Brian at Bodycomp Imaging was awesome. Everything from setting the appointment, to getting the scan and interpreting the results were first class. He was friendly, personable and professional. While I knew I had a lot of fat, I appreciated seeing the exact results. Brian did excellent job of objectively telling me where my body was (in terms of fat/bone density etc) and doing his best to point out areas of strength. I'll definitely be back for a future scan. Highly recommended!
