Grew up here, my mom always went, we moved away and I remembered it, and came when I was in the area, came from new west!! AMAZING PRODUCE! No pesticides! For most of it and you can taste the difference forsure, also for tropical fruits she makes sure things are done right, papaya is grown where its supposed to be grown, tree ripened ect... also garlic sausage is from a local abbotsford farm with no nitrates or preservatives... and soooo tasty! Eggs are great too. Go in ready to have fun, they are wonderful people with great music videos on in the background.

My restaurant uses Bread Box twice a week to supply us with fresh produce. They're reliable, incredibly hard working and wonderful people to do business with. Despite what the small-minded \Karens\ have said in other reviews, I check my receipt constantly because I have to cost my menu items, and these prices are fantastic considering I'm buying from an independent local business and not some greedy billionaire owned chain that doesn't use Canadian suppliers (have you noticed superstore always has 99% USA produce?). It's really amazing how much effort they put in at this store to make sure we get the quality supplies we need on time at a great price.

We love to come here for our fruit & veg. Mary is a hoot and very thoughtful. We happen to be under quarantine and needed to resupply so we asked if she could take payment over the phone and arrange delivery. As luck would have it there was a customer in her store that offered to help the both of us. That's the kind of people that shop here.
