My doctor is Dr. Veldhuis and she has been my physician for MANY years. She is absolutely wonderful...very professional and intuitive as well as attentive and compassionate. I feel confident in her care and knowledge. Only issue I have is with one receptionist who is often very curt and combative with my queries. This has never in the past been a problem..always found them very caring and accommodating but after several encounters with this particular one thought I should say something.

Honestly the doctors and nurses are fantastic here. It’s the reception, in one day trying to re-call the clinic I’ve only gotten the busy tone and I’ve tried 10 separate times... the online booking has not generated me a user name or password so I can’t access that either, booking is absolutely ridiculous. So now let’s say it’s recommended to see a health care practitioner right away for my symptoms, yet you try and it’s impossible to get through. Either need an email or more reception because this is ridiculous, going to a walk-in clinic for now because the concern needs to be addressed shouldn’t have to do that if I have an established family doctor... but here we are.
Dr Valdhuis always spends as much time as needed with issues, that's very rare nowadays. The office staff is also very nice.
Willing to assist with questions. Parking is free. Good selection of Doctors. They are sometimes late meeting the appointment time. Staff is friendly.
I've had a great experience at this Clinic. It's been 6 years now since I've been a patient in George Street Family Practice. I am so happy and I just love it. Dr. Veldhuis is so professional and caring with her patients and she is always willing to help you find a solution to your health issues. Thanks a lot!
