I felt empowered with my recovery. I did not experience similar situations at PhysioLife Physiotherapy Clinic.Other physiotherapy clinics would just tell you what to do and you leave the office. The first time I entered into the office I was seated and I firstly meet Johnny Guan. He took me through several stages. He listened to my issues without interrupting me. Then looked at me. Then he set up a plan. What makes him different from other Physiotherapists was he told me why were doing this, the science of what was causing this, and promised if i committed to the plan I would recover. What made him different from other Physiotherapist was he followed up. It meant he cared about my well being. Its not hard people these are trained professionals. Great Customer Service!!!!!!! PS. I lost a couple pounds doing his exercises.

PhysioLife is an amazing clinic. It is quite spacious and has all the necessary equipment/tools for me to recover from my injuries. I am fortunate enough to have met Krystie and Andrea who played a pivotal role in helping me recover from my injuries. The front desk is extremely friendly and they always ensure that I'm being attended to as soon as possible. I definitely recommend Krystie and her team at PhysioLife!

Terrible customer service. Want to maximize profit with no sight of the patients best interest in mind. Jessica the receptionist is extremely passive aggressive and rude. Would not go here even if it was free avoid at all cost.
