Had a great experience in the store yesterday - Graham helped us pick out a nice (new to us) guitar and accessories. He was kind and patient even though we know nothing about guitars. He played a bunch of different models for us so we could hear the differences, then dashed around finding us all the bits and pieces we needed (picks, music books etc). Initially we were going to order online but the guitar we wanted wouldn't have been available til August - luckily they had a similar used one available. It was a great deal and our fingers are already sore from practicing!

Had taken in an alto sax back in December and our repair technician was Drew in Whiterock. He is very professional, friendly and was extremely knowledgeable. He was quick to assess and repair the alto sax. We have gone there several times for other problems and consistently we receive the same service. We live in Richmond and I could easily take it into a repair shop close to our home but I don't as I know that the drive there is worth my time and effort. I highly recommend Tapestry in Whiterock. Thank you Drew!!
I can not express enough about how good the service is at Tapestry Music. A quick question on their Facebook messenger was not only rapidly answered. They even followed up and called me back about any other questions I may have. Also when in the shop they are very helpful and informative.
