Sandra and Victoria White are, as another reviewer put it, unhinged. After years of a working relationship, I was dropped as a client for no other reason than, and I quote, \You aren't a profitable client\. So, they took me on knowing I had a simple \mom and pop\ business, but suddenly because I wasn't a big corporation, I was dropped. When I asked them about this decision they both started yelling at me about how I didn't deserve an answer and that I just needed to move on and stop bothering them. Mind you, I have no problems \moving on\. However, they did this at the beginning of February just as I was about to file my 2020 taxes. Now I'm scrambling to find someone who can take on the load. Stay away from these two. Who knows when you'll be suddenly dropped for no other reason than you aren't making them enough money. They claim to be a \mom and pop\ operation, but if you are one as well you could be left in the dust at tax time like I was.

Next Generation Accounting & Tax

Called about getting a copy of a prior year return for a client that transferred from their service and they said the would have to have a written request. I emailed and faxed request and got no response. Waited for a week. Called to see what the hold up was and got yelled at by Sandra. I see why my client quit using them. She is clearly unhinged. I don’t know if they are poorly organized or just don’t keep good records. But who knew sending email was so hard. In all my years it never took more than 10 minutes to located a client file and send an email.
