Always an amazing experience some of these employees have been here since I was an undergraduate at cedar crest College, I love the vibes I get while I'm at Barnes and nobles. I always feel positive and accomplished being here, and I'm introducing my 8yr old daughter so she can have the same experience with the same people at her moms favorite book store. Read on everyone, these alot of new adventures waiting for you...

I was at Barrnes & Noble in Leighvalley Mall. Very impressed with the quality of this store including the cleanliness of all areas. Felt very comfortable and safe.

Clean and organized. Selection is mediocre at best, but items can be ordered. Most items priced higher than online options. Discount selection leaves a lot to be desired. I do better at 2nd & Charles.

I like this Barnes and Noble. Lots of stuff to browse and enjoy. The Starbucks gets crowded and the service is slow. But the book store itself is nice.

As with other B&N stores, it was clean, beautiful and has an amazing collection of books, trinkets and games. I didn't see many workers but there were many people. I saw some great classics in beautiful covers and golden pages, some great gift items and holiday cards as well. It seems like they have everything needed for anyone who loves books.

The experience is always good. The staff is friendly. Especally at the Café. I never feel like a burden when I ask if a book is available, or where it's located. They don't stick their nose up at you when you ask about the Religious, Pegan, Adult romance or Game sections are. (I feel like a lot of places will respond like you asked where the dirty laundry was.) Anyway it's a nice experience overall and the bathrooms are clean so 5 stars!

The CS attendant was juggling calls and matters best she could but I will say that the store was majorly understaffed. Frustrated on looking for the book that I had in my digital cart. Even after telling the check out clerk that it was 18.99 in my cart for curbside, he charged me 21.99... after I had to correct him on several 50% advertised items that didn't discount. I want to support retail but I'll be honest, this was not the experience I had envisioned.
