Awesome food - fresh and hot with a clean facility! Staff was really friendly and down to earth, great bunch of people. We drive from Pataskala Ohio to this location - 30 minutes one way - yep , quality food here .
We are visiting Columbus while my daughter has procedure at Children's. We decided to try this location through DoorDash. I have not had Church's since living in GA. This food was horrible. The chicken sandwiches were burned to the point they were inedible. Can someone please teach these folks how to cook Okra properly? That was burned too. The mashed potatoes were cold, the mac and cheese was bitter and the only thing left somewhat edible was the Cole slaw. Horrible experience! Not to mention the fact my dasher had to wait over 30 minutes for food...food that was inedible. Needless to say I was extremely angry over this experience because I was excited to hear here!
Every person here has a attitude. Eating and drinking on the front line. No gloves on while handling food. Can never get your order right. Even with simple stuff. You ask for a sprite. They give you a coke. They got a second star because the food is hot when they serve it. It might not be the right order but it's nice and hot.
Trash over cooked outside barely cooked inside chicken that taste slightly rotten. The cashier told me it would be 300 dollars . It was hot in there and maybe 300 dollars would help fix the air conditioning. The appearance wasnt clean and it reaked of old chicken grease. This place appears to be run down and no one cares about too much.
