So I purchased 2 of tires on April 18th. On Dec 29th I driving on 78 when my tire blew with my wife and kids. I went today to see if it was under warranty. They told me it wasn't since I didn't get a protection plan. Since when a warranty has to have a protection plan. Second they accused me of driving it like that. I had to stay in a hotel over night cause of the tire. Will never go to this place again stay away !!!

Ray was wonderful. Took the time to explain multiple times. Even thought outside the box to try and save us money. Called around to his vendors to try and find the best way to fix the problem. Extremely happy. Would recommend Ray if you call the whitehall store.

Got a bolt stuck in my tire, called CJ’s and they got me in within a few hours. Waited less than 20 minutes for them to patch up my tire. Very friendly, quick, and great service!

Raymond Ferioli, assistant store operations manager knows his customer service! I did not have an appointment and my battery was dead. It took me a while to get it charged enough to drive it to the location. He made sure he squeezed my car in to get the battery changed so that I wasn’t inconvenienced another minute not having my car. I appreciate fantastic customer service because you don’t see it at too many business’ anymore! Thank you Raymond for going the extra mile to help me!
