New to the area and just a novice with bicycles but I got a flat that I couldn’t repair on my own. Took it to Crown’s and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend this spot. Will definitely return.

Love to support a local bike shop and would highly recommend you check out Mike's shop. Mike is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He has a nice variety of new and used bikes for sale. I bought a sweet Trek from him that rides like it just came from the manufacturer. He also has a lot of gear available for sale, more than most shops I've walked into considering the pandemic. His prices are very reasonable and definitely more interested in getting you the right bike then selling something you don't need. Very nice to know a bike shop that knows a lot about triathlon and cycling.

Mike and Shane were fantastic! We bought a preowned bike yesterday afternoon on Craigslist for our nephew to use on our social-distancing family vaka in the Poconos. Shane (who was finishing his day) agreed to stay and make it happen! He and Mike got us in and out with a safety inspection, new brake cables and appropriate adjustments. This is a real-deal shop for bicyclist of all levels. During our short wait, we had the opportunity to observe serious cyclists. Our nephew not only had his bike worked on by experts, but was also exposed to how "cool" it is to cycle. We all felt Mike and Shane's goal of getting our nephew riding and enjoying the breeze and views from the seat of his bike. Big Thanks!

I needed an 18 inch tube and tire for my daughter's bike. None of the big box stores had any, not did any sporting goods stores. I found this place online, walked in and had the tire and tube and was out the door in under 5 minutes. Next time I need anything for my daughter's bike I know where I'm heading first. The prices are great also!

Best shop in the game! These guys are the best! Great attitude and they work with you, they're avid riders themselves so they got love the sport. I got a phenomenal deal on some work they did on my bike. AND Mike has workshop classes on Fridays at 6pm to show you how-to's on bikes.

I stopped in to have my wheel balanced. I am a new customer and wasn't sure what expect. I was greeted and assisted immediately. Unfortunately I did not get the gentleman's name that assisted me. He not only balanced my wheel but he cleaned my gear and instructed me on how to service and care for the the gears myself. All was free of charge. This is the kind of service you don't see often anymore. It was much appreciated. I will definitely be back to have my bike serviced and for all my future biking needs. I would highly recommend this business .

I'm a simple rider, mostly D&L trail. Crammed for time being the chef at the gin mill in Northampton I heard about this via a bartender and her opinion wasn't short of the service I got. They picked up my bike and dropped it off. It's like a brand new bike. These guys rock I'm 100% happy. Next meal is on me guys thank you so much

Mike is great!! Fixed up a bike for my 11 year old so he could join his scout troop and go on a ride this weekend! Knew I was on a tight budget and worked with me on what we can fix this time to get it rideable/ safe and what we can replace after his ride.
