I recently needed a Rental fir 30 days due to an accident which took out my entire front bumper My car was parked on the street in front of a Client’s home. Enterprise Whitehall location was very responsive and helpful. They picked me up and drove me to their Rental Office to sign paperwork and also came to pick me up when I returned the car. It was a beautiful late model Nissan Sentra. The Enterprise Transport Shuttle driver, Kim, was prompt, efficient and super pleasant. Thank you Enterprise for making a most difficult time so positive and comfortable!

I rented in a vehicle at the Whitehall, Ohio location. They publicly advertise a thorough clean but the cars smelled like weed and smoke. I’m a non smoker. I went from this location basic because it’s close to Bexley where I live. When I picked up the car it had heavy deodorizers and was just washed; which I did not notice the smell instantly pulling off. As I drove on my trip (8hr drive) after an hour the deodorizers dissipated & The smell came more pungent as I turn the heat on. As I was approaching my destination I called many Enterprises on the way to replace the car and was giving him a hard time. No help. My drive is through West Virginia so there is not many alternatives until I reach the larger major cities. Once I reached my destination, I was advised by the local office to call roadside assistance and they would come out and replace the car. I called the roadside assistance number to only waste my time and day; for them to set up a reservation at a local enterprise & when I arrived they didn’t have a car. The manager advised they thought I wasn’t coming. Since my reservation was at 9. I said I just spoke to the roadside service only at 10, for over two hours to get the reservation and drove over. Why would they put my reservation in for 9 AM that day.???????? The manager said they don’t have any more cars. My trip was 5 days. So I just rode with the windows down, clean & sprayed the car, and tried to drive it as lease as possible. I was in contact with the local enterprise which they did not support any resolution until I returned the car which they gave me two days off of my rental and a free upgrade. During this holiday I rented again based on the (new) manager’s feedback of his improvement to this location and the upgrade. I return the car because of the same issue. I will not be going back there because it’s a consistent problem. This company is not taking the policy of cleaning seriously.
From reservation, to pick-up, to drop-off: the friendliness and efficiency of the Whitehall staff, made for a very pleasant experience.
I had to get a rental while my car was being repaired. Enterprise dropped the car off at the collision center for me. Driving around a base model Nissan Sentra for 2 weeks wasn't ideal when I'm use to my luxury import but I never had any problems and I was able to leave the car at the collision center when I picked mine up. Can't knock them for the car they gave me that's what the guy who hit me insurance company paid for. Overall Enterprise was flawless.
Easy process renting and returning the vehicle. Representative was very informative and respectful. Employees are implementing precaution steps for COVOD-19 fairly and appropriately. I would recommend renting from here.
