Iv dealt with this company and store for a couple years now and I’ve had an amazing experience. Very hard working employees with great prices and doctors. I have gotten several glasses and contacts from this store and never had a single issue. Always on time with my orders and calls. I recommended this store 100%

I am newer to wearing glasses and Courtney did an awesome job at helping me feel confident in a brand new pair of frames. She allowed me to ask all the questions I needed without making me feel like I was bothering her. I will definitely be going back to her for help!

It was really nice quality
I bought a pair of frames and lenses here at the end of 2015 during a sale. I got every option available, including transitions and the scratch proof. The price tag was over 550!! With the sale, they were around 235 all said and done including the eye exam. They appeared to be very good quality, but they've been nothing but problems. They didn't even last 24 hours until they had a half inch scratch on the one lens. Now, 7 months later, they're so scratched I can hardly see out of them. I was using the cloth I bought to clean them and nothing else. My fiance on the other hand got her glasses OVER 10 YEARS AGO, from Lens Crafters, and she has cleaned them with her shirt, paper towels, bath towels, even blankets and her sweatshirts. Hers don't have a single scratch on them after doing all of those things, but mine are borderline ruined. I'm very picky and do everything I can to take care of my things so they last, but the lenses JC Penney sells are a joke. Your company should be ashamed of themselves. You get 1 star because the woman who fitted me with them, and the older man who did my eye exam were very nice and helpful. If you want to be treated good, but buy junk poorly made lenses, this is the place to go!! Otherwise, take your business elsewhere.. especially if you have to pay out of pocket!
