The staff at this location are all absolutely awesome. They are all very nice every time I visit. The most amazing thing is that they help the homeless with a meal whenever they see someone in need.

Yall wont answer your phone so here's the reason I'm calling. Mashed potatoes in my bag the bottom of the container looks like it's old bottom just falling apart
While waiting in line and the manager handling what looked like a million and one things (and doing it all smooth and calm) . The cashier was so patient and kind, caring, just downright AMAZING. While taking an order from an older gentleman, I just want to be sure the management team/corporate know just how.... Words escape me, how wonderful this young woman was.
So overall I liked it my original recipe fries were fresh and hot. Chicken was warm breading a little on the light side but the order taker was very polite and knowledgeable about the menu.
This place could advance a little more when taking people's mobile orders other than that I'd still go to this KFC location in Whitehall.
