Clean store,well stocked with latest fashions. Plexiglass by registers. Helpful friendly staff. 2 level shopping. New Furniture dept. Elevator available. Handicap parking and entrances.

HORRIBLE customer service. Sat in the kids section of shoes for 20 min while listening to the employee complain people are coming out of nowhere. It was 7:02pm. Finally was attended at 7:25pm. The worker immediately says “we do not have that size” after profoundly SIGHING because I guess my tone could have been better. But really, who would be happy after walking the entire shoe dpmt and being ignored by over 5 employees. Check your cameras. NO EXAGGERATION. I am cancelling my credit card immediately.

I went to pick up a dress I had ordered online and when I got it home it looked nothing like the picture online. I will be returning it soon. Looked in the clothing section while I was there and their selection was not good, did not purchase anything. It is so depressing to shop any more.
