Is it just me or do most people use sugar in a cup of coffee? I order and pay AND THAN im told \btw we are out of sugar\ and offered me raw brown sugar or sweet and low. How does the manager allow this kind of mishap? Its bad enough they hide the sugar behind the counter \for saftey reasons\ but not half and half or the coffee dispensers!? Might sound like a small gripe but not when you are in a hurry and want your coffee just to find out you must drink without sugar.....changed my mood for the day.

Food was great. Only problem is I had to wait 25min for 2 sandwiches. Place wasn't pack at all ask cashier what's keeping them so looking. Her response was they probably working on it now. Poor management.
Just placed and order on the website and my food was cold and both of my chai lattes where half full or 65% full. Called the store and spoke to Melissa who said she was a manager. After telling her the issues she said ok thank you with an attitude. I expressed she had no thought or care for her actions with customers about there messed up orders and she gave me more attitude said she didn't care and hanged up on me. Terrible customer service horrible food. Im calling all my family to leave horrible reviews and we will never be back!!!
I usually LOVE panera bread but this visit was VERY disappointing. I ordered 2 baguettes with my soup and didn't get them I had to ask for them twice. Then I ordered a marguerita flat bread to take home and it had nothing but regular cheese on it. I gave it back and said it was the wrong one and all they did was throw some tomatoes in the middle of it and some huge chunks of raw basil. They didn't recook it at all and there was no sauce on it like they said there was under the cheese. Very very unhappy. Especially with the price. 25 FOR 2 soups and 1 flat bread that wasn't even right.
Panera bread is always so fresh and the staff is so accommodating. Whitehall Panera Bread is by far the best location I have stopped at for breakfast lunch or dinner and my first stop of the day is usually there to get my morning started. Thank you
