Very pleased with overall experience. The owner, Jim, came out to my home to measure for a carpet replacement in my master bedroom, and installation of luxury vinyl tile in a foyer and a master bathroom. I received a call not long after from the office to schedule the installation. The installers came exactly when scheduled, wore masks, were very polite and got to work quickly. They moved the heavy furniture for me, which was a huge help. The quality of the work is excellent and I could not be happier with the look and feel of the “new” areas. Also, the crew cleaned up after themselves perfectly - nothing left behind - and moved my furniture back where it belonged. This company is a poster child for customer service. Thank you RJ!

Everyone at R&J are fun to work with. Great service from first visit to making final payment (which was very reasonable for what we had done). Installation is top notch. I was working from home when the installation was done. They had everything prepped already to go. We are extremely impressed and glad we chose R&J! Don't make a final flooring decision until you talk with these folks!

Fantastic experience! From the courtesy and professionalism of the sales staff, expertise of the owner, and efficiency of installers, I could not be more pleased. I bought the same style carpet in a big box store a few years ago and the quality pales in comparison to what I got with R&J for about the same price.
