My baby and I was wanting some Rally's...it was a great lunch. We drove threre, by passing one on Livingston/Alum Creek...it was worth the drive!!! Fresh hamburgers & fries!! Customer service was on point!!

Conveniently located from my area food here is good.same as other Rally's locations I recommend this Rally's in the Whitehall area.
The new Rally’s on south Hamilton rd is THE worst rally’s I’ve ever been to. They tried to charge me extra and thought I wouldn’t notice. After several minutes of showing them what my total SHOULD be on my phone calculator, they acknowledged they were wrong and changed my total. Once getting home I found out that they even got my order wrong. When I called to let them know, no one answered the phone. I tried 4 times before giving up. Will never go to this rally’s again. I don’t recommend anyone go here, unless they want to be overcharged and get the wrong order!!!
This location was great! I only ordered fries but they were fresh and good. The drive thru person was extremely nice
Terrible customer service. Waited at the window at least 5 minutes before employees took our money for our food.
