I am HIGHLY disappointed in this Sephora. I went to the other one an hour before and asked for them to help me find my foundation. It was quick and easy and I was out. I went to this one for my sister and I get that there is barely any workers. I waited for 45 minutes for nothing. It was pretty empty when I got there, they said they would help me out in a couple minutes. They went to help everyone else out when it wouldn’t even take 5 minutes. They kept coming over and asking if I needed any help and they said never mind I know what you need and left again to help someone else. I also felt like I was being watched. I just wanted to get my foundation done and a little sample to take home. I didn’t think it was much to ask. Thanks for all the help gay guy and caked face girl.

I visited this Sephora for the first time today. I’ve been inside other Sephora’s and I’ve gotten looks from the workers and judgmental stares I’m assuming because Im so young, so that is exactly what I expected when I went in today especially wearing yoga pants and an oversized hoodie. I looked slob. The workers however were so sweet and welcoming to me. There was only 2 workers and one left while I was there and he told me have a goodnight etc he was very nice and sweet. The girl was even nicer. She was very patient and helped me find the perfect foundation shade when it was clear I had no idea what I was doing. She was very sweet and helped me with everything I needed. She was extremely friendly and it was honestly my first time ever feeling actually welcomed in a Sephora. I’m surprised this store has such bad reviews because my experience there today was amazing.

Okay so this is the first time I’ve shopped at this particular one and I did NOT enjoy it and it definitely did not make me want to go back. At first it was fine me and my friend walked into the store because I wanted to use my gift card but the one employee said hello welcome to sephora Is there anything I could help you with and we both said no we are just looking so we continued looking and as we were looking another employee came and started asking us if we needed any help and we said no and went back to looking throughout the time we were looking she continued to ask us if we needed anything we continued to say no then we came across this one product and from there she did not stop following us around we PUT THE PRODUCT BACK and walked to the other side of the store and found a different thing we liked she came over asked if we needed help once again then walked away for about and minute came back and say that we were looking at another product and came over and asked us if we needed to find a tone or something we said no but continued to “help us” she took us to a different tower and she was waisting her time because I didn’t even want that so I ended up getting this highlighter product which was probably way over priced for what it was but at that point I just wanted to get something and get out because I had my gift card. I would of enjoyed it but that messed it up. Won’t go back there that’s for sure

it's okay. there aren't a lot of employees so it was difficult to pay. i had to wait ten minutes just to get an employee's attention. if you want to go to sephora, go to a different one. just don't waste your time.

Badly managed. The only 2 employees had no idea about sample bags and said I had to wait 10 minutes for a third person to get back from her break to help me. Also, line was super long and i could not wait until they opened the second register. Smh

My daughter recently bought Kat Von Foundation. A salesperson told her the shade was perfect for her, it's not. Doesn't even come close to completion. The bottle sits on her beauty stand full.of foundation cuz it was a complete waste of money. Unfortunately I cleaned her room and threw away the cap and the Box we can't even return it. ( didnt know at the time it was the wrong color) Unfortunately it was a complete waste of money.

Don't bother going here. Yes the sales people have memorized what corporate wants them to but as far as service. I will never go again! I was shopping at JCP and had a bunch of birthday coupons/rewards. I decided to get the 10 piece sample pack for my 14 year old daughter. I was in the store for 45 minutes after the sales clerk had to take phone calls, and help 2 other customers. When I finally said "I don't mean to be rude but how long is this going to take?". The ignorant, ill-mannered young girl she was helping decided to chime in and that's when I demanded a manager. Needless to say management really has no clue either. I ended leaving the store with 3 samples and a bad attitude. The Mgr. asked me what I wanted and instead of demanding the sales clerk be fired I suggested probation. I have no idea what happened nor do I care but be prepared for a know it all, condescending, customer is WRONG attitude from staff and management. If management reads this you should consider using the store surveillance video for training purposes!!!! #notworthmytime, #ultawins, #onestartoomany

BUYER BEWARE! IF YOU BUY A SEPHORA GIFT CARD AT A JC PENNEY SEPHORA counter, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE REGULAR SEPHORA STORES!!!!! I bought a Sephora gift card for my aunt at a JCPenney Sephora in Pennsylvania. She went to a Sephora in New Jersey and they would not let her use the gift card, saying it had to be used at the Sephora inside JC Penney in Pennsylvania. When I bought the card, NOONE TOLD ME that the card would not be accepted at the regular Sephora store. I called both Penneys and Sephora and got no satisfaction. DON"T BUY ANY SEPHORA GIFT CARDS at JC PENNEY!!!!!!! THEY DON"T WORK!
