This location is certainly a hit or miss. Employees are can be super nice or super rude. There is one lady who works at the skin care section and she is the best. She is super knowledgeable about the ingredients in the products. If it wasn't for her, I probably would not shop much at this location since the other employees can be a bit rude.

I went to this establishment about 11 am yesterday morning. I had never been to Sephora before, but I was interested in purchasing a Kot Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick. Upon entering the store, I was ignored. So I continued to locate brand that I was looking for and began to swatch the products. Eventually, an employee approached me and suggested the cult classic "Lolita" color. She gave me a wipe to clean the swatches off of my hand and proceeded to walk away. Disappointed with the lack of consideration and input, I reluctantly made the purchase, but will not return. I was very disappointed in the service seeing as there was only one other customer in the store at the time of my arrival. I will stick to Ulta.

I used to shop here all the time until I had an interview & the manager was discriminating me for being from Easton. I feel uncomfortable supporting this Sephora knowing it’s under that kind of management. If I do shop for makeup I either go to Ulta or the Sephora in JC Penney.

I went this this store yesterday with my very pregnant daughter, we were greeted at the door sometime after 12:00 noon. The greeter, told my daughter she had to wear a mask to enter the store, meanwhile my daughter had a very thick scarf covering her nose and mouth. Thicker than any mask I’ve seen. The greeter was both rude and ignorant of the law. We left and went to the store inside JC Penney; no problem whatsoever with my daughters face covering. Was treated with utmost respect and costumer service. Spent a lot of money in there and I will be back to the store inside the JC Penny Lehigh Valley Mall.
