Get with the times Spencer's and get a chip reader your like the only store with out one. I was in the store for a whole hour finding gifts for people for Christmas get to the register ring it all up and your card reader couldn't read my swipes and the girl said per policy she couldn't type it in even with it signed and my id. I had to leave with out my things i had to go to another few stores and waste a few more hours when i had found everything i needed at Spencer's. Get updated with the times.

A lot of reviews are saying kids go here and look at stuff they shouldn't be.. most kids have phones nowadays and I'm sure they are already looking at things they aren't suppose to. Anyways, this is a very cool store with lots of novelty items and some adult themed items. The prices are a bit high but they aren't outrageous. The staff seemed friendly and greeted me when I entered the store. Overall I think they have some really interesting stuff!

I love Spencer's so much I always make it a point to go see one whenever I go to the mall. I honestly think that even the average Joe would love to see the inside and the things that they offer.

My experience in this store was terrible. If I could leave zero stars I would. I waited for someone to help me as I stood next to the checkout area watching one employee check a customer out while another employee stood there joking around while completely ignoring me. After about 4-5 mins the same employee joking around looked directly in my face from 5 feet away, turned and walked away. I left the store at this point because of how angry I felt. I was there to buy a few gifts for my wife for Valentine’s Day. I have been a customer of Spencer’s for about 20 years & I have spent thousands of dollars over the years. I will never go back to this specific store again. If these employees don’t want to deal with people they need to find a new profession outside of customer service & sales.
