Went there on Sunday before they close I was trying to change same item for different size they closed 15 min before the mall and she didn’t want to do the exchange , very bad attitude from the manger . Won’t go there again no matter what

I had an order at the store for pick up, I send my husband and they told him that I needed to go, that he couldn't pick it up, so I went the next day and I checked the website it said it Closes on Sunday at 7pm and when I went monday morning at 10am I was told my order was return back that the website had the wrong hours I told them that's not my fault. Horrible customer service

Disappointed, i shopped online and went to pick up package. The snow boots had a permanent marker stain on it, i ask for a exchange or another ship order they said they cannot. The cashier kept asking the manager she kept saying no ( i felt like they didnt give me a option and i had to keep the bad product). Finally the cashier check to see if they had one in store she brang out another snow boot different color so i said fine then she stated i need to pay more because it was more money. I said it is the same boot and showed her online they are the same price. She insist it is more expensive and made me pay more money for the boot. So not only i try to save money by picking it up in store, i payed more money, had to travel to the store, had a bad customer service experience. This will be my last time shopping here.

Good prices and specials but I prefer to buy online and just go to the store if I need to change an specific item, used to be well organized but not anymore, temperature is always hot in there it doesn't allow you to stay more time, spent to much time in line to pay, and is always 1 cashier and the other one seems to be busy, maybe the store is understaffed. I am more the type of person that like to go in the store to check the textures and sizes but nowadays seems like owners are more committed to have online stores.

I love this store i never had a problem .Customer Service to me every single time i go is execellent .At times it is packed but thats life everywhere you go you have to wait so just go with it .

Employees there are really MEAN, this is a "children's place" not a "witches place". I went there on Friday April 19, 2019 in the afternoon and I went there just because Gymboree was closed, and first they had a big 60% off sign as well as a 50% off sign at the entrance, but there were barely nothing at 60% off, and there were a lot of things that were missplaced. I got a shirt for my baby that had a 7.99 sign and a hat that was under a 50% off sign, but when I went to the registered both items came up at a higher price than what it was supposed to be, I asked the lady about the shirt and she got mad at me and said "no those shirts are 9.99" but they were all under a 7.99 sign, she got upset because she had to go check and she had to give it to me for that price (7.99). Then I realized about the hat immediately after I paid, so I asked her, and again she got upset and she said "no the 50% off is for the glasses only" when the sign didn't specified what it was for, so I didn't want to argue with her, so I said "ok I don't want it" she said "oh you have to go on the line again" when I just made a long and slow line few minutes before, and on top of that a lady before me, made an exchange and didn't have to make the line....are you serious? Well I went to the other cashier and she assisted me, I didn't have to make the line again, but the other cashier complained to her about me, but she help me still and only took her less than 3 minutes to help me. In conclusion they have the worst customer service, for being a children's store. It is very disappointed to go to a place like that, and be treated like that, for mistakes they make themselves. Won't ever go there again.

I literally stood in the line for 20mins, it was so hot in there everyone was complaining about the line and the heat. The woman that rang me up was so rude. Never going there again
