Walmart on McCarthur Rd., Whitehall, Pa. HORRIBLE experience. We had an appointment, Drove all the way there to have the girl say “ oh, the doctor isn’t in”. We made another appointment, same thing, we drove there to be told the doctor wasn’t in. Nether time were we notified that our appointment wouldn’t happen. This last time the girl said “it’s a Tuesday thing”. I highly suggest never, ever go to this location for an eye appointment.

They scratched my lenses. I got a replacement frame. When I handed them my old pair my lenses did not have scratches. When they transfered my lenses into my new frame I thought the lenses were dirty. Then after I put them on when I was leaving the store I realized that my lenses were scratched up really bad. Now I have permanent blurry spots when looking at screens, and when trying to focusing my view on something. My lenses cost around 200 just for the lenses alone. This is not acceptable.

Never had an issue before but compelled to write this. Waited for 15 past 9 for them to open the gate while the employees were gossiping, never opened so I left and called later, 6 mins on hold the first call told she's with a patient hold a few mins. Almost another 15 mins waiting second call. BS do your job. They might not care about my vision but I do. Going to another Walmart.

Absolutely useless. My mom just wanted to make an appointment and due to covid we can't walk in, you got to make a phone call. My mom called once to make an appointment and she was on hold for 20 minutes the second time she was on hold 10 minutes. Come on now, she's trying to make an appointment and it takes this long to take her insurance and pick a day and time to go see a doctor. Poor customer service. My mom and I never going to make an appointment ever again!

Horrible customer service the first time that i called the told me that call later because we are busy, i finally got my appointment and i showed up 10 mins late because i got stock on traffic on rt22 and they said she is at lunch and that i have to reschedule over the phone because covid-19
