Visited your Lehigh Valley Mall location on Thursday, August 27 at approximately 8:30 PM to spruce up my Fall wardrobe. After years of management experience in the retail industry I know how important it is to make the clients feel welcome and special. Needless to say I felt nothing while I was browsing. Was never welcomed, never acknowledged or serviced in any way. Now wait I stand corrected the associates did say good bye as I was exiting the store. Poor customer service to say the least and nothing at all what I am use to when shopping in a White House / Black Market store.
