So yesterday was my first time trying frozen yogurt and I loved it. I was told to go to the YoFresh in Whitehall because I heard they have the best flavors and toppings. When I walked in a young lady helped me right away and walked me through the process. She gave me samples and was very nice to me and my family. I happened to catch that her name was Nicole because it was on her hat. The girls there are extremely welcoming and kind, and they definitely keep the place very very clean. I will most definitely be returning.

I had an employee, Lauren, assist me in choosing my choices of yogurt and she was very helpful and patient while I tried all the samples. I LOVE IT HERE AND I LOVE LAUREN

The Yogurt is good and toppings are fresh but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I came in at 9:10pm & I'm aware they close 10pm. So 50 minutes before closing the 2 ladies at the front were obviously annoyed with my presence in the store. After every topping I used they cleaned up RIGHT AFTER I used it. And when I went to scoop up my last choice of toppings the girl rolled her eyes and sighed very loudly, while mumbling under her breath "oh my God". I understand if I came in 5-10 minutes before closing but they had FIFTY minutes before closing. With every customer that came in after me the girls side and we're obviously annoyed. I know the one girls name is Nicole but I didn't get the other girls name. I'm Highly disappointed in the customer service, I wish I can say I want to come back again but I don't ..

Please is pleasant and clean and the frozen yogurt selections are excellent. Not a lot of selections but the ones that are there are great flavors.
Very nice staff, good yogurt and tons of different options. A little pricey but worth it.
I would like it more if I didn't have to ask to try the frozen yogurt. Also the variety at this yogurt place is kind of sad. I must say that this place redeems itself with it's friendly employees.
