Visited the camp on a retreat in February 2019. We stayed at the House on the Rocks, which could use a bit of renovation, however it was warm and kept us safe. House on the Rocks contained a kitchen, which we were not allowed to use. We had to walk down to the Lodge for meals, I thought that was a bit strange - at least supply us with tea and coffee in the kitchen. The camp was beautiful covered in snow. We used the tube slide, skated on the ice rink, did some cross country skiing, shared story’s around camp fires. The food provided was basic but edible. Our hosts left us to our own devices but were available if we needed them.

This is a very lovely place to stay for a camping trip. I never knew of this great place in the Whiteshell Provincial Park here in Manitoba. A culturally rich and naturally beautiful environment with friendly wildlife experience. Camping here was an experience that's worth talking about though it was just a day camping here before finishing the trip at the George Lake.
