I don’t agree that it’s went down hill since Paulette, she was nice to me but so are the new guys. The main guy in the store even stayed late so they could bring my nephew furniture. I would recommend them to anyone

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I came in an asked a few questions about getting some furniture and the man that was working there would not help me and was being very rude to people who were trying to make a payment. He was smart and when asked to speak to the manager and he told them no. I do not know his name but that can’t be good for business. He had long dark hair.
Super nice and professional! The guys there went way out of their way to get me the phone i wanted.
