DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF THEIR ANIMALS. THEY ARE VERY SICK AND WILL SELL THEM TO YOU AS IS. A friend bought two parakeets and both passed away within a week. She saw someone else’s review and video of the parakeets in their store and the birds were STARVED. Very little to no food or water in the cages. AND THERE WAS A DEAD PARAKEET IN THE CAGE with the rest! Owner was called to be informed of this neglect and cruelty but didn’t care!! Shows the type of people they are and the kind of sorry store they run. THEY DON’T DESERVE ANY BUSINESS, SHUT THEM DOWN. AND STAY AWAY.

I love this pet store! The workers are so nice! All animals are well taken care of and in good health. The one time I had trouble wasn’t even that bad. We had 3 hamsters at the time and weren’t looking for another one. I come in the store daily because I just love looking at the animals and love talking to the workers. Me and my mother walk into the store and look around. We take a lap not looking very in-depth. We take another lap and notice a whole cage full of white Syrian Hamsters. They were so adorable! But, then we notice something. One of the hamsters was itching, part of its ear missing, and its face was covered in scars. Naturally we felt bad for the little guy. We ask the lady what happened and she said “ That one has been being beat up by its litter mates.” And I told my mom we should get it. After a couple seconds she said yes. We go to pay for it and she gave us 50% off because of its injuries. About a year later, it escaped. This is just something hamsters do. They will fight. You can’t just separate them all. So, it really isn’t their fault. (By the way the hamster was named Albus!)
