I went.out of my way to.come here in person to get a quote on a they turn me away telling me I'm better off calling corporate number?!! Why can't they just give me a quote right there? other rentals do it, that's where I'm gonna go - somewhere else!

Lucky for me, I live a couple blocks from here. Great service from day one ! Returning was super easy as well. Never knew a Hertz was right here the whole time.
I travel often especially to NY and this small Hertz location is by far the best I have had the pleasure of doing business with. From Sheena the Branch manager to Ureka from customer service are perfect 10’s. Intend on doing business again in the future . Thanks again !
They called me to see if the van I rented was actually what I needed. They had a shortage for multiple branches, so they offered me a SUV's instead. I declined, have older family members who have trouble getting in and out of SUV's. They had no problem accommodating me, they apologized profusely even though it only moved my reservation back by an hour. The van itself was clean, and top of the line, a 2018 model. I'll be travelling to DC from NY and hopefully it should be a great trip. Sheena (spelling?) was great and took care of everything.
