Oil change
Great place, great employees. Brought my car in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and wiper blade change. Victor got my appt done over the phone, easy breezy. Summer checked my car in and oil change and tire rotation was done. They had some problems with fitting in my wiper blades but after trying 20 minutes, Otis didn't give up and found the solution. He removed the wiper clip and the new blade fits just right. Saved me time and energy trying to find the right blades and fit. Thanks Big o tires team for trying their very best to get things done right.

I have been procrastinating getting my car taken care of on so many things. I finally got a flat tire on Friday from a crazy pothole. I called 3 places to make an appointment to get everything fixed. 2 places couldn't get me in until Tuesday, but I was able to get into Big O Tires on Monday. All the employees were super kind, helpful, and there was no judgement about my car. It was a comfortable atmosphere the entire time. They offered drinks, snacks, and most importantly... free wifi! I will definitely trust them again when I need more work completed. Special shout out to Orlando and Victor, for treating me like family.

Picked up a large bolt on I465. By the time I got to Whitestown, the tire was nearly flat. Was lucky enough to drive right in to Big O! My tires and wheels aren't something they see every day, but the crew put their heads together and got me back on the road. Very thankful for good people and great service!!
