The Bobcat of Indy North team met a challenge and overcame it. The required rental tool was not available that was required after giving them a week of notice. They located the correct tool at another branch that could be picked up the next day (Saturday). The tool they rented me was brand new and worked perfectly on my old 743B Bobcat. The price was fair and they did what was needed to get us out of a jam. Would have been a 5 star if they just would have had the requested tool on day one. I have confidence they will get it right next time! Yes, there will be a next time... Probably sooner than they think. Maybe that review will be a 5 star... Great job and keep up the hard work!
