Very good service. I called ahead just before they were about to close, saying that I needed some new tires after 2 of mine were punctured. The guy stayed late and was the only one there. He put on new tires and gave me a very good deal. They've got my business from now on.

I made an appointment for a new set of tires. Even with the appointment, I waited nearly an hour longer than they told me for the new tire install. Six weeks after the install, when checking tire pressure, I noticed they installed 3 of the 4 tires backwards on the car. (Yes, tires can be installed backwards. Notice the word "inside" located on the outside of the tire.) After contacting them they re-installed the tires the correct way, as they should have the first time. They even had to redo the alignment that was done when the new tires were installed. I'm still concerned the tires suffered additional wear due to the improper install and bad alignment job. I do not recommend this place if you want the work done right the first time.
Brought my wife's Land Rover in for new tires. They were very helpful and did a great job. Also the price was great!!
I had a flat tire and went to get it repaired. I was able to get right in. They said that the hole was too close to the side wall to be replaced. My vehicle is AWD so I had to buy 4 new tires, unfortunately. It took about an hour and a half. In the midst of the change, a lug had been stripped. They had a replacement before I left. I didn’t have time to wait, so I set an appointment for the next day. It ended up being more than the lug issue with a part that they didn’t have, so I set another appointment to get it fixed. They were able to fix it on my next appointment at no cost to me, other than a couple of extra trips. They were friendly and responsive.
Nice people, and great service. My car is like new again after getting new brakes, suspension repairs, and a thermostat replacement. Josh the manager made me feel like family. The waiting area and restrooms were very clean as well.
I ended up here after having my tire blow out travelling up the interstate. The team was friendly and caring and by far exceeded my expectations. I was pretty shaken after the incident on the interstate and was travelling with two pets. The team went well above and beyond to install a new tire and do so in record time so I could get back on the road.
My vehicle was running fine before i took it here to get an oil change. THE DAY AFTER getting an oil change, my vehicle randomly started leaking powersteering fluid and now today the oil is leaking causing my vehicle's engine to smoke!!! Honestly pretty suspicious and I'm scared to have them look at it.. will be going to a trusted mechanic friend instead. It was my first time here... and my last. :( Edit: My car's engine bay was smoking way too much so I contacted them via the information they posted below. I went to the tire discounters location on Michigan road for a free check up... it was verified that this whitestown location screwed up my car!! They apologized immensely and corrected it. Michigan road location is so much better.
